Shipment and Return

 Pentan Store Returns and Refund Policy

We trust that you will be as happy with your product as we are. If not, you can return the items to us within 14 working days for a full refund.

All items must be unused in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of products, and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns during shipment. You can also return goods to our shop in Carmarthen.

If your goods are damaged, inaccurate or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving them either by phone or email and we will do our best to replace them.

Postage and packaging costs will only be reimbursed if the goods are inaccurate or incorrect.

Due to the nature of personalized goods, we cannot offer a refund on them. If the personalization is incorrect due to a mistake by us, or the goods are inaccurate, we will offer a full refund or replacement of the item at no additional cost.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund for perforated earrings.

Transport

We do not benefit from shipping fees - freight rates are calculated using Royal Mail.
